Four steps from curious to confident.

Start with a 30-minute Primer. Move to a written Audit when you're ready. Build your toolkit over a month. Keep it sharp from there. You pick the step you're on — skip ahead if you already know.

Not sure where to start? The £75 Primer is designed for exactly that. Jump to it →

"What's safe to paste into an AI tool?" · "Do I trust this data from AI enough to share with the board?" · "Is this a hallucination?" — if you're asking these, you're in the right place.

The clearest 30 minutes you'll spend on AI. Built for managers and directors who keep being told they need an "AI strategy" but were never given a map. Plain English. No slide bingo.

What you get

  • 15-minute walkthrough — what AI is, how it works, who the players are. What's free, what's paid, and the maturity model from prompts to plans, agents to Skills.
  • The risks, named — IT, HR, privacy, security, hallucinations, and slop. Where they are, what they mean, how to spot them.
  • 15 minutes of ask-me-anything — your specific situation, your specific questions.
  • One-page summary emailed afterwards — share it with your team.

Who it's for

Time-poor managers and directors who are AI-curious but aren't confident about where to start — and don't have time to wade through hype.

£75 for 30 minutes? What's the catch?

No catch. The Primer is deliberately cheap so nothing's at stake. If we don't fit, you've spent £75 and left with a one-page map. If we do fit, you'll know exactly which of the next three steps is yours — and which aren't.

A focused one-hour working session. We talk through your week, identify the 3–5 biggest time drains, and I follow up with exactly where AI could help and what's worth folding into your day-to-day. You leave with a prioritised action plan and a shortlist of Skills worth trying — no jargon, no fluff.

What you get

  • 1-hour working session (video or in person)
  • Written audit report within 3 working days
  • Prioritised list of 3–5 recommended changes
  • 15-minute follow-up call included

Who it's for

Managers and directors who want to understand where AI can help before committing to implementation. Also useful if you've been trying tools on your own and want a second pair of eyes.

What if the audit finds nothing worth doing?

Then the report says that. I'd rather tell you your week is already lean than invent a project. If the honest answer is "keep doing what you're doing, but here are three things to watch for," that's what lands in your inbox.

Four working sessions over a month. We pick 3–5 Skills from the Admin Agents catalogue, then configure each one to your role, your voice, and your corporate policies. You leave with a personal AI toolkit — Skills installed, prompts tuned, everything documented. You own the tools we build together.

What you get

  • A prompt library — written for the tasks that repeat weekly, tuned to your voice, role, and brand tone
  • Written documentation for every Skill — easy to come back to and enough for any colleague or contractor to pick it up without you
  • 2 weeks of email support after the build

Who it's for

Managers and directors who want a working AI toolkit by the end of the month, not a six-month "transformation".

What happens when you're no longer around?

Nothing breaks. Every Skill is installed on your account, documented in plain English, and handed over with the prompt library. If you never speak to me again, the toolkit still works — and any competent colleague can pick it up and extend it.

Below is a small sample from the Admin Agents Skills library.

250+ curated AI Skills across 12 domains — official Anthropic releases, battle-tested community bundles, and Skills curated from my own production work. Below is a small sample. During the Audit we filter to the 3–5 that actually fit your week; during the Agent Skills Build we configure each one to your voice and your policies.

New Skills land weekly. Retainer clients get the best of them, pre-filtered and tuned to their role.

Things change quickly in AI. New tools appear. Old ones get better. Your role changes. I stay in your corner as it evolves — new Skills as they land, tuning what you already have, a regular check-in so nothing drifts.

What you get

  • Monthly 1-hour check-in call
  • Unlimited email/message support
  • Quarterly review and tool audit
  • First priority on new Skills Build projects
  • New Skills as they emerge in the Admin Agents catalogue, plus tuning of what's already installed

Who it's for

Managers and directors who've had an Agent Skills Build and want to keep improving, or teams with ongoing AI needs that don't justify a full-time hire.

Is this just a subscription I'll forget to cancel?

No autopay traps. One-month notice, no contract tricks. Every quarter I'll tell you whether the retainer is still earning its keep — and if the answer is "probably not for another three months", we pause it.

What to build, what to buy, what to leave alone.

Shipping software since 1999. That means I know what's hard and what's easy, what's safe to automate and what isn't, and where the edge of today's AI actually sits. When a Skill doesn't exist I can build it. When the honest answer is "not yet," I'll tell you that instead of selling you a workaround.

Frequently asked questions

Jargon buster

What's an agent?

An agent is an AI you give a job to. It goes off, does the work, and comes back with the result. When you open Claude or ChatGPT and ask it to draft something or summarise a document — that's an agent working for you.

Most people use AI like a new temp: explain what you need from scratch every session, get an answer, start again next time. The goal is to get past that — to a point where the agent already knows your role, your standards, and your organisation's way of doing things before you ask. That's what Skills are for.

What's a Skill?

Expert knowledge given to an agent for a specific type of work — loaded automatically when the task calls for it. Like training a team member before giving them a task: once they know your company's comms style, they apply it every time without being re-briefed.

Skills also encode the professional frameworks your work already has to meet. A GDPR Skill sense-checks your marketing copy against the regulation. A brand guidelines Skill applies your organisation's visual and tone standards automatically. Task-specific expertise, called in automatically, without you explaining anything.

How can a Skill help me?

A board paper Skill knows your C-Suite's desired format, tone, and recommendation-first structure. An internal comms Skill knows the different shape a leadership update needs versus a status report versus a project briefing. A competitor research Skill produces board-ready intelligence in a consistent format. Those are three examples from a library of 250+ across communications, research, writing, and decision-making.

Skills already know GDPR, your brand policy, and the latest Google algorithm update. The data analyst Skill has double-checked your sums. You don't get a difficult email from legal. Your data is robust and your content is discoverable. Board papers don't go out with the wrong data. You don't always have to be the expert. The Skill is.

Safety & compliance

Is my data safe?

Yes. I work with tools that don't train on your data — Claude, GPT Frontier with enterprise settings, and others. I'll always tell you what data goes where before we start. If you have specific compliance requirements (GDPR, sector regulations, internal AI policies), we'll address those up front.

What if my employer has rules about AI?

Good — they should. I work inside corporate AI policies, not around them. The Primer is a useful first step here: we cover what's safe to use at work, where the IT, HR, and privacy lines are, and how to spot the risks before you trip over them.

Can you work with my corporate systems?

I work inside corporate AI policies, not around them. That usually means configuring Skills for your personal or approved-at-work AI account, building you a personal prompt library, and helping you brief IT on what you need. I don't plug third-party tools into your email or calendar — that's what your IT team is for, and rightly so.

Do I install the Skills myself, or do you?

You install whatever your company policy allows — usually your personal Claude.ai or ChatGPT account, or an approved corporate AI tool. I do the configuration and customisation: tuning each Skill to your role, your voice, your real examples. You come out knowing how it was built, not just what it does.

What you actually get

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. Most of my clients know AI exists but don't know where to start. That's exactly who the AI Primer is for — 30 minutes, plain English, you leave with a map of the landscape.

What's actually in the Skills library?

A curated catalogue of 250+ AI Skills across 12 domains — documents, design, writing, marketing, brand, research, decision-making, productivity, video, knowledge, engineering, and specialist. Each one is a named deliverable: PDF processing, storytelling frameworks, decision councils, deep research, code review, and so on. Built for breadth so we can filter to the 3–5 that genuinely fit your role.

What happens after an Agent Skills Build?

You own the toolkit. It's documented so you can hand it to any colleague or future contractor. I offer 2 weeks of email support after every build. After that, many clients move to the retainer — but there's no pressure.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

Start with a free 30-minute conversation. No pitch, no obligation. Just a chat to see if there's a fit. If I don't think I can help you, I'll tell you.

Logistics

How long does an audit take?

The session itself is an hour. The written report lands within 3 working days.

Is this a subscription or a one-off?

The Primer, Audit, and Agent Skills Build are one-off projects. The retainer is monthly, with a 1-month notice period to cancel.

Do you work with people outside Cambridge?

Yes. Most sessions happen over video. I'm based near Cambridge so can work in person with clients in the East of England, but location isn't a barrier.
